This download page offers members the ability to download anything from official forms to newsletters. While this page may seem a little on the official side, we also have a Fun Downloads page that offers all the fun and exciting stuff that visitors have come to expect from the OAVT. Just imagine all members having an official OAVT desktop wallpaper or screen saver. Wouldn't that raise the fun factor a couple notches? Remember that we are looking for submissions and taking suggestions because the sky's the limit here at OAVT! Official Forms of the OAVT. This is a small collection of official forms presented in both Microsoft WORD (.doc) and Adobe PDF (.pdf) format. The Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from Adobe's website. If you choose to download the .doc or .pdf format you can print off the form, fill it out and mail it in or send it as an attachment to an email. As we progress in development, we will be adding an online version of these forms that can be submitted over the internet for faster and more reliable service. We've also provided a brief description of each form to help you find the one that's right for you.
OAVT Quarterly Newsletter The following newsletters are presented in Adobe PDF (.pdf) format. You can download the Acrobat Reader for free at Adobe's website. They are published and posted every quarter to keep members informed and up to date on current topics and articles. When you become a member you will receive your free newsletter in the mail.
